After not using Kubuntu for a while I tried booting into it and while it did show the login screen certain UI elements were broken and the default theme was gone. I couldn't log in and access the desktop. I've gone into the grub menu and updated packages and I checked the file system. Honestly I don't know what to do at this point other than posting onto here. Apparently one of the physical volumes is "not okay" but I for know that my new SSD is completely fine.
- If you have copied text output that contains formatting (colors, highlighting, etc.), please do not enclose it in QUOTE or CODE tags. Just right-click your mouse and choose "Paste Without Formatting" or similar (Paste as plain text).
