Hello, after installing kubuntu Ive had the problem that whenever i try and go into full screen 1 of 3 things happen, 1 my monitor just goes fully black until i go out of full screen, 2 it flashes between black and giving me the hdmi error message every few seconds, or 3 it flashes between black and working properly. Ive tried changing around my monitor setting and everything but i haven't been able to fix it and i haven't found anyone else with this problem.

You'll need to provide us with the specifications of your PC and the Monitor(s) you are using. Nearly impossible to assist without that information.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.

Hi i dont really know how i should do this so im just making a new post. A while back i made a post about hdmi not registering when in full screen but the post died off and it never got fixed.
As i stated above the problem is that when ever i go into full screen (regular full screen and windowed full screen) 1 of 3 things happen, 1 my monitor just goes fully black until i go out of full screen, 2 it flashes between black and giving me the hdmi error message every few seconds, or 3 it flashes between black and working properly. For my specs I believe my monitor is a dell-S2721HGF and my pc is a 7600x, 7700xt, 32 gigs of ddr5 6000, mobo is a msi pro b650m-p.

One week is not "a while back".
Which Kubuntu release?
Merging into the, um, old one.
fwiw, for hardware issues, it is not a bad idea to branch out to more Ubuntu and general Linux venues if you have not done so already, as you will get many more eyeballs, so are more likley to have someone who might have come across a similar situation.
