[System] No batteries available

Hi

I installed kubuntu 18.04 on my Lenovo G450 laptop. But in the system tray when i am hovering my mouse pointer on the battery icon it's showing that "No Batteries Available". How to resolve this problem?

Device Information --> Device Viewer -->Batteries.

During your boot up did you block ACPI?

If not, then search in the repository (muon) for "battery". There are several apps which add that feature. Pick one. If you don't like it purge it and pick another.
