[Settings] Fn + F12 is not detected as a shortcut key combination

Here is my system info:

Operating System: Kubuntu 24.10
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2
Kernel Version: 6.11.0-9-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® Graphics
Manufacturer: LENOVO
Product Name: 82TT
System Version: Lenovo V15 G3 IAP

I cannot assign the keys combination Fn + F12 to any command or application. This is strange because other combinations with Fn and F keys work for example Fn + F2 to decrease the volume. I used this combinations in EndavourOS (KDE) or Ubuntu but it does not work with Kubuntu.

Any help is appreciated.
