Hello all, looking for some help with this.
I switched over from windows yesterday, things were initially smooth and then this morning after booting up things got bad.
My primary display (4k 120 fps) has started flickering incessently, while my other monitor (4k 60) has not. If I turn off the primary monitor the other does not flicker, changing frame rate of flickering monitor does not help.
To clarify, 'flickering' as if to turn off and on repeatedly, but only the image disapears. Typing is fine and desktop icons do not swap to the other monitor on flicker.
I made sure to check the monitor itself isn't broken, the ACER image on turning it on does not flicker so only when showing kubuntu does it start to act up.
I've tried changing some stuff in the grub file to try to use fixes for the same problem a year ago to no avail.
