[Utilities] Update Widget Glitch?

I am having issues updating my system, or it is just a glitch in the system. I have restarted, updated by command line, and double checked that all sources snaps, flatpacks, and the repos are all enabled. I am kinda at a loss why it says I have a package but I cannot find anything to update. Any assistance is appreciated.

It is a known bug in the updater, which is fixed I believe in plasma 5.13, which is not available for Kubuntu at the moment.
