Hi, i have just purchased a 2nd hand HP Elitebook with the express intention of daily driving Linux. I am getting sick of Windoze bloatware and adverts and think its time to see if i can daily drive a linux distro. I have picked Kubuntu with the Plasma desktop and after 7 days of slowly looking at what I use on windows and finding an equivalent to replace it, I have pretty much gotten then basic done. I am reading my emails and surfing the web. Doing my accounts and I am very happy with everything. I am getting to the end of my job list and finally come to a VPN. I have an account with CyberGhost so it makes sense to use their service. However I have followed the installation instructions as best I can and everything says its been installed ok and my account has been verified.
The 1st thing I have notice is the lack of a GUI, so I tried the command line and still cannot anything to work. Has anyone else managed to get Cyberghost working?, is there a GIU available for newbie's ?
my setup is :
