Hello, all. Linux newbie here, escaping from Windows. But... there are a (very) few apps that I have not found for Linux.
I use Balabolka and TextAloud in windows, to convert ebooks into audiobooks. This is about the most strenuous thing I ask of my computer. Not a very hard life!
Does anyone know of any TTS apps in Linux, capable of transcoding long texts and producing sound files (usually mp3, but hey! I'm open to Ogg or whatever).
Thanks.
