[SOLVED] system start broken: "failed to start the deal with any system changes"

Yesterday I got an update. Since that the system does not start anymore.
When I start the version 5.15.0.112.generic it fails saying .
failed to start the deal with any system changes.
. I'll try to make a pic of the error, when my phone is charged.

When I try to repair it or do anything else in the repair options it says
/lib/recovery-mode/recovery-menu: Line 80 /etc/default/rcS: no such file or dir.
I presume this is because I have the recovery files on another drive which is not mounted but I dont know howto access it from the repair screen and if I goto the command line and manage to mount it from there I dont know howto repair the system.

This is from the previous version, since I cant start the latest one. I just changed the kernel version:
    Code:
    Operating System: Kubuntu 22.04
    KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.7
    KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0
    Qt Version: 5.15.3
    Kernel Version: 5.15.0-112-generic (64-bit)
    Graphics Platform: X11
    Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz
    Memory: 15,5 GiB of RAM
    Graphics Processor: llvmpipe

after the installation of the NV v545 driver the error message does not appear anymore but boot stops after saying:

    starting host name service
    finished terminate plymouth bootscreen
    finished set console scheme

So I tried sudo ubuntu-drivers install which ofc caused an error on install telling me to use apt-get update, which I did. After that I was trying to install the nv drivers again but it said it cannot find the repository in my country....

Since I seem to have broken the 5.15.0-112-generic AND 5.15.0-107-generic just by trying to get some NV-driver that does not have a 50 %+ load on playing vids I am down to 5.15.0-106-generic. When I am trying to update the system from there (apt-get update) it says:

    Code:
E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (13: Permission denied)
E: Unable to lock directory /var/lib/apt/lists/
W: Problem unlinking the file /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin - RemoveCaches (13: Permission denied
    )
W: Problem unlinking the file /var/cache/apt/srcpkgcache.bin - RemoveCaches (13: Permission den
    ied)
I am at a loss here.

Nevermind. I started 5.15.0-106, installed the NV v535 driver via the driver-manager again and suddenly the 5.15.0-112 started normally again.

Why is a miracle to me since the problems started after installing that driver in the first place via the autoupdate.Only the Linux god knows what happend here I guess.
