View the Properties of an an Icon App from Task Manager?

I have applications on my task manager. In Windows or Mac you can right click on them and view the properties (such as the application path). I would like to have something similar to easily find out what the application the task manager icon is pointing to. The workaround I found is to drag and copy the icon to the desktop then Right Click. Would be nice if that right click menu also appear on the task manger icons. Any suggestions?

E.g. this is what I get now when I right click on an Application in the Task Bar

. Click image for larger version

I would like to have the ability to also see the Properties.

In the task manager you see running applications, or those that have been pinned. If instead of pinning in the task manager, right-click on something in the menu, and choose "Add to Panel (Widget)", you'll get something to right-click on. (Dragging from the menu to the panel lets you choose where to put it, but it can get tricky, and you have to not drop on the task manager.)
