Menu Editor not working

Hi every one, I wanted to create an app launcher, but the menu editor does not save the changes.
¿Can sombebody help me please?

I suggest:

• checking the ownership of $USER/.config/kmenueditrc, $USER/.config/menus/applications-kmenuedit.menu, and all the files in $USER/.local/applications. They should all be owned by $USER.
• run kmenuedit in a konsole, and make a change and press the save button, see if there's any messages
