    If you right-click on the time (in the system tray, usually lower right corner), you will see Configure Digital Clock. Also a couple other things: set time format; adjust date and time.

      thanks for reply, but I know how to change it, I ask where this data are stored into file system.... like for example:

      /usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.digitalclock/...etc...

        I don't know. Can something like this get you started:
        usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.digitalclock/...

            Default locale settings are in /etc/default/locale
            (view using the locale command)
            Custom settings are stored in ~/.pam_environment.

            Unless an application or widget explicitly supports custom date/time configurations in its UI, the only way to do some customization is to change the time/date format in System Settings >> Regional Settings to a different country that uses the desired format.
            This iirc a long standing limitation from Qt, as I understand it. Maybe?

            For example, the stock clock widget only shows the format used in the locale settings. An alternative clock widget like Event Calendar has its own fully customizable settings for this.

              I dont view any "~/.pam_environment"

              but ... may be this?

              ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc

              into this I view:

              [Containments][2][Applets][18][Configuration][Appearance]
              customDateFormat=ddd dd MMM
              dateFormat=custom
              use24hFormat=2

                You won't on a stock installation that hasn't had any customization performed.

                  But this is not 'all date/time customization for a user', but specifically for this one widget.
                  To change this for the system as a whole would require changing the time/date format in System Settings as I described previously.

                  Well, it seems the clock configuration has custom options now (it didn't always, in the somewhat recent past, at least)
                  I had moved to the Event Calendar some time ago, for the useful extras it offers, partly for this reason.

                  Assuming this config section is for the digital clock - it should be, look up a few sections to find the widget name for [applets][18]

                  Or via the GUI:

                  Sadly. there doesn't seem to be a way to get 12 hour time *without* the AM/PM (my dream preference), at least not the last time I took a dive down that rabbit hole.
