Trash keeps saying it's full

Tried a couple of fixes with Ubuntu but can't seem to find an answer. Can't delete anything because keep getting trash is full when it's empty.

Try opening Dolphin, click the hamburger menu (top right), select configure> configure Dolphin then select the trash tab in the left hand column of the window that pops up. There should be enough controls/options there to fix your problem.
