    No wi-fi on MT7630e device

    Hello,

I am newbie and I need help.

My Asus X550CL has no wi-fi. I do not remember exactly how I discovered this, but it seems my system has a MT7630e wireless device.

I tried the last solution in this thread

    Code:
    https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2335808
But it did not worked, even after reboot.

    What should I do?

Have you checked System Settings > Driver Manager to see if a driver is identified that needs to be activated?

I checked that and nothing appeared...

On the networks icon on the system tray only the "plane" and the Ethernet appears...

Drivers have to be compiled for this device:
