How can I get arrows in the scroll bars, please? I only have a handle which can be slided up or down with the mouse, and with long files this is very inconvenient because it is not precise enough. I would like to have little arrows on both ends of the scroll bars (for all applications). You see what I mean? The arrows you can click upon to go up or down in whatever you are viewing SLOWLY.
