[SOLVED] How to label a post/query solved?

Can you tell me how to label a post/query solved? I've seen it before & even done it, but I can't readily see how to do that. Thanks.

Edit the first post. Then use the drop down list to the left of the Topic title to select [SOLVED].

That seems straight forward, even obvious. But I don't see any drop-down list labelled Topic in this one. There are two such (I've forgotten the name of these fields) drop-down fields labelled with a default entry: No Icon and No Prefix. Where is the Topic one?

        Try both and find out.

Oops. I didn't see the scroll bar (feint image). There it is, farther down. Thanks.
