Hi, I've installed Kubuntu 17.04 with kubuntu backports. In most (KDE) apps fonts render fuzzy.
All the plasma desktop widgets and configuration dialogs, QT4 application, and GTK applications follow my KDE system settings (rgb slight subpixel hinting), however, other KDE applicattions like dolphin seem to simply ignore the hinting style.
In the 1st screenshot comparing 3 apps, from left to right: Dolphin, KDE settings, and Plasma desktop settings. You can see how the rightmost window renders fonts very different.
The 2nd screenshot compares file properties dialog, the left one opened from dolphin, and the right one opened from the desktop.
¿Any ideas?
