[Errors] Incorrect display of battery charge

Hello, hello. I decided to install kubuntu 22.10 (clickable image), but I ran into a problem. The charging indicator display is not working correctly.

It doesn't matter if the charger is plugged in, I see the same battery charge and a static status indicator that doesn't change when I plug/unplug the charger

This is what the battery information looks like: click

I am getting an error that the chronological battery information is not available and I don't know how to fix these problems.

    Note:
    - If I reboot the system and drain\the battery charge before that, the static information will be updated
    - I chose kubuntu as the system layout as I thought it should have minimal impact on performance

If you can correct me on how to design/supplement the topic, I will be extremely grateful. Thank you

It is entirely possible that the battery is failing. How old is it? What are the specs of your PC?
