I have tried google searching for this or similar errors and it was suggested to update to the latest version of ubuntu/kubuntu. I am on version 21.04 at the moment and I see the latest is 22.10.

I followed this video on how to update kubuntu https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukxpa2gNf2Q

However running this command sudo apt install update-manager -y also results in the missing repository issue. So I can't continue that tutorial on updating.

Can someone help me out please? Let me know if there are more details I need to provide

    Thank you,
    Jim

Just an update on this, I found this page and am following the instructions to update to 22.04. I didn't realise the EOL cycle was so short

Yup. Non-LTS releases only have a nine month support period.

Can confirm that the update has sorted any issues on the missing repo
