Gtk-Warning: Locale not supported by C library

Lately I am getting alot of Gtk-warnings like:
    (process:42366): Gtk-WARNING **: 20:53:38.673: Locale not supported by C library.
    Using the fallback 'C' locale.
    (nvidia-settings:42366): Gtk-WARNING **: 20:53:38.871: Error loading theme icon 'help-contents' f
or stock: Icon 'help-contents' not present in theme Breeze-Noir-White-Blue
    (nvidia-settings:42366): Gtk-WARNING **: 20:53:38.872: Error loading theme icon 'application-exit
' for stock: Icon 'application-exit' not present in theme Breeze-Noir-White-Blue
Package xorg-server was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `xorg-server.pc'
    to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
    No package 'xorg-server' found

Warnings, of course, can be ignored. The issue is with package maintainers, but as it's just a warning, it isn't likely to be addressed. Just my observation.

Maybe someone does not understand the meaning of the word then and should maybe use another - like "Information" since they can be ignored anyways
