Hi, folks, this morning a notification popped up about an update which i found to be for Vivaldi, as memory serves, updating from v 5.2 something to v 5.3 something. i did as i always do and clicked install all, restarted when asked, and he presto, Vivaldi seemed to have disappeared from my system. It would not start from any of the usual places, and on 'Discover', Vivaldi was not listed on 'installed'.
So, using Firefox, i went to the Vivaldi downloads page, and found that 5.2... was the latest, so downloaded again and installed using 'sudo dpkg -i file name' and vivaldi popped up from the task bar icon as usual.
Two questions. Where can i find the details of completed updates, and has anyone else suffered the same problem?
Thanks, KeithM (BTW Kubuntu 21.10 Plasma 5.22.5)
