    Auto correct on forum

Hello, i have just begun posting on the forum, and i am finding it frustrating not to have auto correct make my lower case 'i' into upper case 'I'. As you can see from the previous sentence!
i have 'spell bee' enabled on my browser, but this doesn't seem to be having the desired effect. As i am seeing typos highighted for correction, is there a control i am not seeiing?

No. No control to auto-capitalize any letter, or even the first letter beginning a new sentence.

I would think that on a technical forum, you would not want any sort of "auto-correction," as coding/math/instructions/commands have their own formats and conventions -- auto-correction could cause a real mess up.

Thanks both, there we are then, I shall have to live with it, and pretend I have become a stenographer!

Spell Bee doesn't seem to have been updated since 2019, perhaps recent updates in Chrome keep it from working properly?

While not ideal, you could create posts in a writing application that has all the bells and whistles and copy/paste it here. Yeah, not ideal as I stated, but it would work.
