Muon Package Manager of Command Line

If I install a programme that is listed in the Muon Package Manager via the command line will it be listed as installed in Muon?. If I uninstall that package from the command line will it be listed as uninstalled in Muon?

    Thanks

muon package manager is a GUI front end for APT, as is synaptic. aptitude is a curses ("full-screen", text UI, arrows and function keys) front end, and apt and apt-get are command line ones.
