Freshly installed Kubuntu.
When I log in the desktop appears normal but after about 20secs the it appears the desktop crashes and the screen goes to black. However, the mouse is still there and I can use alt+f2 to still access programs. I would like the desktop back though.
Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?
