Can the name picked for "yourname" be changed after installation of 1604?

I don't want to change my user name, I want to change the name I set when I first installed Kubuntu. The first line asks for "your name", then later it asks for a user name. Can the "your name" be changed without screwing up the installation from say Larry to Charles?

Open SytemSettings (systemsettings5), go to "Account Details", then User Manager, and change your "Real Name", then click apply.
(The password is empty but applying after changing your "Real Name" won't change it.

Thank you both, it worked fine. I have to say though it does take a while to get a new OS set up the way you want it.
