Hiding 'recently used' and 'lost & found'

How can I hide recently used and lost/found?

If necessary, how can I restore these activities?

Do you mean activities in the KDE sense? (Desktop organisation)

Or do you mean entries with labels in the file manager (Dolphin)?
Or in the launcher?

their are 3 ,,,,,, "Dashbord" (full screen) "launcher"(the default) and "menu" (cascading popup menus)

of the 3 , only the "Dashboard" and "Menu" have the option to turn off "recent applications/Documents" in the settings.

I have cleared 'Recently Used' in Menu (at 'Kickoff Application Launcher') , I note that you have quoted Menu, but I cannot see Menu!

How do I view Dashboard, again quoted!
