I was installing some programs via Adept when I had a power failure. When the power came back on, I restarted my system (which took a very long time to boot) and tried to restart Adept to redo the install. I got a message that at least part of it was still running, so Adept wouldn't be able to start. I launched the program manager, found the parts that were labelled Adept, killed them, and tried to relaunch the program. I got the same error message, tried a reboot to see if that wouldn't fix the problem (which took a very long time again), and got the same message when I tried to launch Adept again. Any ideas as to what I should do to fix this?
