CD Opening with vlc not Dolphin

Hello,

When I insert a CD into the drive, a box appears in the lower panel on the desktop asking if I would like to open the disk in File Manager. I click on File Manager and vlc runs. The disk contains multimedia files.

How can I ensure that File Manager is activated?
