I am looking for the Linux equivalent of what I suppose is called a DirectX management tool. I know we use OpenGL, Xorg, X-Server, etc.. I will present some examples from Windows.
Universal Modding Engine (uMod) is a program that grabs the textures of any application as it passes through the DirectX and injects user mods in place of those images.
3D Ripper DX is a capture program, again snags texture but also 3D mesh as well. The webpage does reference some OpenGl links but the items listed either lack documentation or are for experts. The items listed are; GLIntercept and OGLE.
3D Analyze is a program to analyze and test the efficiency of your 3D card, and improve it noticeably for 3D gaming.
Just looking for similar tools.
