Konqueror has been pretty well moved into the bygone era bin what with the seemingly continuous release of new, glitzy, browsers and the hyperventilated adding of yet MORE AND MORE extensions to Firefox. I await, with bated breath a tea-timer sorry Keurig timer extension!
However, Konqueror has some tricks up her sleeve of which the new folks are probably sorely un-aware.
Konqueror will give one sudo file privileges when launched in Terminal is an example!
How MANY TIMES was I warned by the Old Geignards of the des événements catastrophiques if THAT nut of information, closely held, was ever loosed upon the wild of Linux "newbies" (woodsmoker detests that term).
Be that as it may.... open Konqueror and mouse to the "home folder" icon, thence to "view" and to "file size view" and step into the world of Multicolour Tron in plan view!
