When in windows 10 make sure you have "fast startup" turned off ,gnome-disk-utility

Thanks Zeb, I had already fixed the fast-startup in the windows partition and just installed Gnome Disk utility, first time i heard of this one. i had to do this on my laptop too after i let win 10 install.
