How to Check an ISO Signature

I did find the disk I believe I used during my Kubuntu install however it appears it's not what we're looking for. It has some ISOs however not the Kubuntu. Oh well. No biggie. I'm good.

Not familiar with this and it don't look that promising. No worries, if everything is working don't worry about this, just an exercise for you to learn what should be done when you download an iso. This can also be done Upon download, or even like another member suggested, during the Creation of the DVD in some cases. In Mint, I just look at Synaptic to see if there are "Broken Packages" at bottom Left.

Did you Browse to your Downloads folder in Kubuntu, or in Windows?

Do this to my rEFInd CD? It's the only related Kubuntu CD I have. If I boot to the CD, perform the check, as shown in the blue lettering on the second image of the tutorial, it says "press any key to reboot your system". Does this bring my Grub menu up, some other Boot Options, etc?

I brings up what it shows in the first pic, although, that is an old tutorial so I will boot up mine later today and tell you what I see. That is called your LinuxLiveDVD.
