Plasma-netbook

I've been searching for a long time, but couldn't find what's going on, so I hope someone can tell me. On kde.org, they say they have plasma-netbook workspace. But I can't seem to enable it on kubuntu, or find additional packages to install for it, etc. Is there such a thing, and how can I get it? Thanks.

Plasma netbook is no more since plasma 5.
