How do I make my wireless card work?

I'm a complete linux noob. I'm currently running kubuntu 16.04 on my XPS13 (9343). Everything seems to be working fine, except for my wireless card (broadcom).

I don't know how to check if it's being detected or how to install the drivers or whatever is required to make it work.
Is there a linux equivalent of "device manager?" Is there some command I can type to view all of my installed devices?
I have updated everything (using a usb ethernet adapter).
I have tried using driver manager but it just displays "Collecting information about your system" but it doesn't do anything.

    Thank You.

Thanks, but i've tried that before and it says that I already have the latest driver installed.

Does it work (modem and internet) with your ethernet cable?

          This might help: http://hgdev.co/install-ubuntu-15-10...omplete-guide/

IIRC, Kubuntu 15.10 is also plasma5 and the helps here should work on 16.04 as well.
