Need help Moving Window [Browser]

When I size my browser window and move it sideways, it either snaps all the way left or right to the screen edge. This happens only during the last 1/8" or less of visible screen. Vertical movement is ok. Solution?

When I size my browser window and move it sideways, it either snaps all the way left or right to the screen edge. This happens only during the last 1/8" or less of visible screen. Vertical movement is ok. Solution?

System Settings >> Window management >> Window behavior >> moving >> drop the border snap zone to a lower number or until it says "no border snap zone"
