my dropbox keeps telling me that it can't sync because there is not enough space on my HDD. I reset to sync on only a few folders, but same warning. according to the screen that shows momentarily at boot, 15.10 is on sda3. I am satisfied enough with 15.10 that I don't mind deleting 14.10 and/or 15.04 to free up space. I have a G-parted disk if it comes to that. I know so little about what I am seeing that I haven't touched anything yet. Thanks in advance.

ok ,,,,in post#1 you think /dev/sda3 is 15.10 ,,,,,,,,,the "df -h" you just posted is from a system on dev/sda6 ,,,,, is this the system that dropbox wont sync to ?
the system you are on hear only has 2GB free ,,,so if your dropbox sync is larger,,,,,,,,,,what is on /dev/sda4 ?
