Blinking on browser

my Mozila blinks when I am scrolling the pages. what should i do to stop this?

I removed and installed again but still same situation .

-ram 4gb
-processor Intel
-Kubuntu 15.04

The problem was from my taskbar.

What from within the taskbar was causing the blinking and how did you correct it?
