    Autostarting a Webpage

    Hi,

Up until recently, my YahooMail page would automatically start (after logging in to Kubuntu) ready for me to login to my mail.

Now, it does not start, but it will start on manually clicking Firefox.

I use the Quicklaunch widget to start the application and the URL looks all right.

Is there an autostart folder that I should check?

    Thanks
    kubuntu version: 16.04.5 LTS

When you state that you had myyahoomail automatically display when you log in to Kubuntu, I'm guessing you mean that the web browser would automatically load upon displaying Plasma after yoiu login and display the myyahoomail page?

I don't have access to Plasma4 (or Plasma5) at the moment so cannot tell you precisly how to do it, but there is an option somewhere in System Settings that allow you to run apps when Plasma4 starts. Once you've found the option simply instruct it to run your web browser and as long as myyahoomail is set to the home page will then display that page when you login to Kubuntu.

My next question, why are you using that spam infected mail service in the first place?
