    Keyboard Sensitivity Issue w/ 14.04

Recently installed Kubuntu 14.04 thanks to some fine, extremely patient folks here. Have noticed when booted to Kubuntu, my laptop keyboard is very sensitive. Though this link is old, I found this possible solution performed from Terminal. Also mentioned is the possibility of the option being installed to change the keyboard settings in regard to my issue. It's a short thread, however, the thread is old. Please advise. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1091041

    Thank you

You should find it under System Settings -> Input Devices
