Message Invalid option: -session

Every time I start up and get onto the desktop I get this message, "Invalid option: -session" what in the world is this talking about? How can I solve this issue?

I think that error message is harmless - but annoying.

Do you have "Restore previous session" selected? Sounds like something is trying to start that's not there or something like that.

Try changing to "Start with an empty session" and logging out and back in.

Where do you even go to change an option like that? I will look for it in the meantime.

System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Desktop Session > On Login

It was selected on "restore previous session" I have no idea why. Switched it to "start with an empty session" logged out and back in. That message did not appear again, thank you that was an annoying issue.
