Installing Software with Adept

Hello. I have just installed Kubuntu 5.10 on my Pentium 4 machine.

I have used Adept a few times for security updates, but I read that there was a larger selection of packages available from the "universe" repository. How do I add that source??

Plus, does it pose any security risk?

It's not dangerous, but if you want to guarantee your system's 100% stable, don't add them. I'm not saying adding them will necessarily make your system buggy, though.

Most KDE apps are in Universe.
