My Icons and Cursor and more are huge

So I was using an emulator and it blew up my cursor and icons and all the text in everything I open and when I went to display to put the resolution on lowest it only affected the screen size but didn't shrink the cursor/icons/text to normal, is there another way to fix this or something I'm missing?

Oh and I'm using Kubuntu 14.04

Unless you have a lot of modifications an easy way is to rename the .kde folder and reboot.
A new folder will be made and everything most will have reverted to default.
