I installed kubuntu 14.04 (LTS) English (US) version and added Japanese as a second language. I can switch between English and Japanese and also write Japanese. My location is Tokyo.
I observe that the installation of new applications using the Software Center (Muon Discovered) is turning to applications with Japanese menus.
Shutters menu and settings turned Japanese.
Event the terminal output changes to Japanese.
I also observe that in the IBus-Anthy selection list (click at the IBus-Anthy icon in the system tray) the number of entries "English - English US" increases.
Although I can read Japanese I prefer English menus as I understand them much better. Better then even in my own mother tongue which is neither English nor Japanese
I looked for settings to get only English applications, I did not find any flags to set.
Could you please advice how I can get application with only English menus?
I also appreciate a hint on where to report this bug.
