Using Ksnapshot when Viewing in Full Screen Mode

As an example.

If I want to capture part of Youtube video using ksnapshot, I can do this easily in normal view (Youtube), but if I am viewing in Full Screen Mode, I cannot access the utility.

Can someone tell me how to access ksnapshot when viewing in Full Screen Mode.

Maybe if you set the timer on ksnapshot for a few seconds, then switched to full screen mode it would work.
