Still unable ti install Sketchup 2015

Kubuntu Trusty 64bit 8G Memory AMD Athlon II X4 645 Processor 3100
Open GL 4.4.0 Nvidia 331.38 GeForce GTX 550 Ti

-Downloaded SketchUpMake-en.exe 2015
-Installed : winetricks & wine1.6-amd64 & wine1.6-i386:i386
Ran sudo cp winetricks /usr/bin
Ran sudo chmod +x /usr/bin/winetricks
Right-clicked SketchUpMake-en.exe → Selected -Open with Wine program Windows loader
Sketchup begins loading → Message “Installation of SketchUp requires Windows 7 or later”



Am at a loss - any suggestions?

Got your email - where is your reply?
Followed your instructions - downloaded Sketchup v 2014.
Can follow the Lessons, but the actual program opens large window - the centre of which is my Desktop copy - nothing else is active.

I first ran the repair -it failed. Then ran Remove - desktop icons had to be removed by hand.
