Most here would strongly discourage what you are asking how to do. But, this is Linux, and Linux is about choices, even if some of those choices could result in undesired, even serious, consequences when invoked by the uninitiated, less knowledgeable user. That said, just google on "How to disable password prompts in Ubuntu" and you will find what you are looking for.
Warning: IF you break your system after disabling this safeguard, you aren't going to find many sympathetic ears here.Windows no longer obstructs my view.

I think Muon, or rather the backend parts that Muon uses for package management (Qapt, etc), use the policykit subsystem to handle authorizations. I am sure that it can be set up to do this, as you can tell the system to download and install security updates without authorization. How and where to do this, I dunno. Will take some research. Another way is to blanket remove all password prompts period, as mentioned above.
