Nor on my onboard sound card either. It is the reason I purchased the sound card. I thought perhaps my onboard sound became corrupted. This is a very frustrating problem. All the normal solutions do not work, and the problem persists even after a fresh install of the Operating System. When re-installing the OS doesn't work and when there is no apparent problem with my hardware, and when the other OS in my dual-boot system has sound working fine, suggesting that both sound cards and my hardware are fine, I am totally stumped
Oh, and when I try to find driver problems, there are no options for a different driver that make any sense. The only drivers that show up are those for sound/video for my Radeon card, and I am currently using the (recommended) driver.
It is starting to look supernatural, like demons in my system.
