Ok I've been buzzing threads in here now for quite some time.... have decided to simply lay my questions out rather than continue to search for suggestions to fix.
1.) Anytime I try to Add/Remove a feature my Kubuntu locks up.
2.) Anytime I try to download/install anything with Konquerer my Kubuntu locks up.
3.) Anytime I try to download/install the available updates/patches my Kubuntu locks up.
I've ran Drive Fitness Tests and Memory Tests on the hardware prior to installing Kubuntu - which all passed. This Kubuntu installation on my computer is fresh. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help.
