Ctrl + Alt + Backspace made me sad

Hello. I was enjoying my Kubuntu up to now.
For some reason I wanted to completely restart my session as I got angry with something.
So I read somewhere that Ctrl+Alt+Backspace would close the X session. I did that. But the problem is that I cannot restart it. Even after rebooting the session starts from the command line.
I tried to start X again using:

# X
# startx

but no luck. It says that
"no devices found
no screen detected"

I did not change anything in the configuration. I tried that just after closing X down.

Why is it not working?
what should I do?

Did you upgrade X recently? there was some major problem with it I believe

Maybe you are right. I did upgrade something yesterday, you know, through the updater. Was the X update released yesterday?
If this is the case, what should I do? how do I start the X?

The fix has been released...to install it use the console command

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

This should upgrade the xserver-xorg-core package which caused the error

Then X should work

Just to tell you thanks for the support.

The downgrade worked for me (not the upgrade fix, I dont know why!)
