Problem at installing VMWare

I followed this guy on installing vmware, https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...Izn2qOtI#t=275 done installed and whenever I'm trying to start my trial im getting this asking root or something

I've already logged as root. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? on that guy's tutorial vid, he dont have something like this,
